Georgia Urology’s Cumming Offices Combine and Move to a New Location

As of August 1, 2014, our Cumming and Cumming North offices have combined and moved to 1800 Northside Forsyth Drive in Cumming.  David M. Banks, MD, FACS, Lewis S. Kriteman, MD, FACS, Mark A. Haber, MD, FACS, Harry Rutland, MD, FACS, and Jerry Yuan, MD will see patients in Suite 370 at the new location.

Our new office is across the street from our old offices and located in the newest building on the campus of Northside Forsyth Hospital.
