Dr. Shessel completed his undergraduate degree cum laude at Yale University. He then graduated medical school from Yale University as well. He completed his internship at Emory University, a residency at University of Miami, and a fellowship in female urology and urodynamics at the Institute of Urology in London, England.

Dr. Shessel’s areas of urologic expertise are prostate disease, stone disease, and interstitial cystitis.

Dr. Shessel is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and a member of the American Urological Association and American College of Surgeons.
