Dr. Abbott worked me into his busy schedule to help ease tensions about my diagnosis. The staff were extremely caring and professional during my visit. Dr. Abbott answered any questions I may have had and was very considerate and easy to talk with. He understands your concerns and explains everything well. My thanks!

Midway through my appointment with Dr. Abbott I told him that I did extensive research to find the best Urologist in the area and that I'm sure I was successful in that effort. Dr. Abbott exhibits the rare combination of listening to the patient (examining all of the data one would bring to the appointment), explaining the various medical options, and possible next steps, while being sensitive to the patient's individual concerns.

Dr. Abbott became my urologist when I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer in June 2017. My cancer treatment and remission have gone exceedingly well under his care. I have found him to be an exceptional and caring physician. He consistently spends as much time as I would like in consultations and treatment options. In the past few weeks, I experienced a different problem which well not critical was worrisome. The practice worked me into the schedule in a matter of days. Again, his care was all I could ask for with better than expected results.

The personnel are all effecient and friendly, I could not be more pleased with my treatment. However your office has a serious communications problem. If a patient needs to actually talk to someone on the phone its near impossible. Calls are never answered it's always "leave a message" but calls are not returned. I have two friends who are patients there also and both have the same compaint, one had to actually drive to the office to get an answer to his question after trying several times by phone.

User on line registration was not very user friendly! I Spent over an hour trying to fill it out and was not successful in either printing or transmitting my registration.
