I am very fortunate to have discovered Georgia Urology and Dr. Abbott! The office and exam areas are very clean. I was warmly greeted by the staff and simply felt at ease. Dr. Abbott took the time to actually look at the paper work and history that I had filled out prior to my visit. He asked questions about my history and proceeded to discuss my reason for the visit. He listened patiently and then told me how the exam would go. Following the exam, Dr. Abbott discussed my future care and treatment. he then directed me to the "check-out" area where once again I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. You could not ask for a better doctor or center for treatment/care!

Dr. Abbott is the best! He is very kind and caring. He listens to your concerns and immediately takes action. Dr Abbott makes you feel that you are not just a file number but a person he knows by name. I drive from Alabama to his office in Fayetteville and it is worth every mile. I highly recommend Dr Abbott. His staff is also wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. Betty

Very thorough - truly listened and determined a plan of action after he sees the whole picture Dr. Abbott remembered me when I went in for my first visit because Dr. Abbott had been my Dad’s doctor last August/September when Dad developed prostrate problems. Meant a lot to me that he recognized me... He even knew my childhood urologist Dr. Woodard.

After consulting with Dr. Abbott, and receiving a thorough comparison from him of of the Green Light Laser and the UroLift procedures I opted for the Green Light Laser Procedure. Dr. Abbott kept me completely informed at every step of the process from the very beginning. I always knew what was happening, what was next, and what results to expect. He performed the procedure skillfully. I experienced no major discomfort or surprises during the recovery period. I am extremely pleased with the results of the procedure and with my experience with Dr. Abbott.

I've been a patient at GA Urology for several years but my previous doctor retired. Met with Dr. Abbott for the first time and had a real good visit. He is very professional and knowledgeable, but at the same time, he's very down to earth. Really puts you at ease. I also appreciate the nurses and reception staff, friendly and likeable.
