Our very own Dr. Shaya Taghechian recently spoke to a group of active seniors in Cobb County about bladder health.
She began the discussion with an explanation of normal bladder function; then presented information about bladder control problems such as overactive bladder (OAB), a condition that plagues many members of the senior community. Dr. Taghechian went on to explain to the audience that there are multiple effective treatment options available beyond medications. Throughout out her talk, Dr. Taghechian made it clear that retaining and reclaiming bladder health is indeed possible.
The event’s success was evidenced by the seniors’ reactions. Her audience gave rave reviews of her presentation, rating it as “excellent” and ” very informative.”
