Dr. David Stanley is a board-certified urologic surgeon and U.S. Army veteran with 27 years of distinguished service. A graduate of Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, he completed his urology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center and UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he earned the prestigious Preston Littrell Award for Excellence in Urology and the Academic Excellence Award.
Dr. Stanley takes pride in building meaningful relationships with his patients by breaking down complex medical issues into clear, relatable explanations, and treating each patient with an individualized care approach. He focuses on identifying and correcting the mechanical issues behind urologic conditions to get his patients back to living healthier, better lives. His areas of expertise include the treatment of enlarged prostates or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), voiding dysfunction, robotic surgery, kidney and bladder cancer management, complex ureteroscopy, kidney stone surgery, prostate cancer treatment, testosterone replacement, and all aspects of men’s urologic health. He is a regional leader in Aquablation technology for BPH, with outstanding patient outcomes, and has been recognized as a UroLift® Center of Excellence physician.
Dr. Stanley has staff privileges at Northeast Georgia Hospital Systems.
Outside his practice, Dr. Stanley and his wife, Noelle, enjoy an active life with their three sons. He loves hiking, traveling, fishing, exercising, and supporting his sons’ soccer, football, and basketball pursuits.
