I was not fond of the doctor or his lack of bedside manner. I was not prepared for my 10 yr old to have to expose himself on a video appt. Yes I know it was an "appointment" but I thought we would be discussing the issues and then deciding if we needed to be seen. He just comes across very rude and lacks compassion.

Dr Scherz and the Ga Urology team were amazing in this new telemedicine experience. The attentiveness and care were very present through the entire experience from scheduling to visit.

Dr. Scherz, Thank you and Dr. Janssen (apology if mis-spelled) ever so kindly for being available to see my son s/p our ER scare with testicular pain. Your diagnosis and management was spot on. "It's all about the history". Your team and you listened to my son's complaint, diagnosed him and came up with a plan. The exam was gentle and not rushed - making my son comfortable given his recent ER experience. What I loved most about the visit was your ability to communicate to my son in layman's terms your thoughts and your plan. This made it easy for my son to follow your instructions while at the same time allayed his fears and concerns. He has followed your instructions to the letter and he is now pain free and "regular" LOL. We are eternally grateful! Given our current state of health affairs, I will pray that you all remain healthy and safe!

This was probably one of the most efficient and friendly doctors visits I’ve ever been apart of. Also, we really appreciated that the room had actual toys for our little one to play with so we could talk to the doctor

Waiting for call to schedule surgery and associated costs. No written details provided from office; vague verbal instructions to wait for hospital to call. Wait a week, a month...???

We have not received a follow up call from CHOA to schedule the further testing Dr. scherz recommended at our visit last week.
