Dr Allen is a doctor that I admire and trust completely. Always takes the time to discuss any issues I’m having and answers any questions or concerns that I have. Never rushes me through appointments

I want to thank Dr.Allen for being such an awesome person. Without his expertise and knowledge I don’t know what I would’ve done. His staff is always courteous and they make me feel at home. The office(s) that I have/had visited are always clean. His staff speaks to me as if I am a friend. Kudos to dr. Allen & his staff. My journey wouldn’t be easy if I hadn’t searched for someone who understand what’s going on with me. I thank God for such a wonderful doctor. When you find a good doctor there’s no way you would stop having that person for your doctor. Dr. Allen has such an awesome bedside manners, there are some doctors who need to take some bedside training manners from Dr. Allen. I pray that God will continue to Bless you too. Thank you Dr. Allen for being my doctor.

Please do something to reduce the wait time for patients. I took off work early to arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of my appointment as I was instructed. My appointment was at 2:50pm and I was waiting for over an hour and a half before I actually saw the doctor. No reason was provided for the delay.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and especially appreciative of the professionalism as well as the doctor/patient relationship developed by Dr. Alan. He was very approachable. Answered my questions and told me what the next steps were in terms of getting additional MRI to find out whether I have a problem with not. I was referred to him by Dr. Scott Keller and everything said about him was true and my experience was fantastic. I will continue to go back to him as needed and will recommend him to others as well

I've been seeing the GU staff for a few years now but this is the longest I had to wait to be seen once at the office. I know it seemed a but busier than usual but no explanation was provided for the 1 hour wait. Lastly I didn't see the Dr this appointment but rather the new Nurse Practitioner. It would have been good for the Dr to follow-up with me after seeing the Nurse or even before seeing the nurse to close the loop on care.
