Georgia Urology is proud to have been the title sponsor of the F.A.S.T. Pace Race on October 31, 2020!
The event celebrated its 12th anniversary with the 5k, 10k, and 1m races with special guest and Olympian, Carrie Tollefson. Presented by the Forsyth Area Strider Team (F.A.S.T.) and the Prostate Condition Education Council (PCEC), this event and its proceeds promote awareness and provide education for the importance of screening and early detection of prostate cancer—the most common major cancer in American men.
Several Georgia Urology physicians participated in the races. And, as in years past, Georgia Urology staff were on-site, offering free prostate cancer screenings to attendees.
