Georgia Urology is proud to sponsor the 11th annual F.A.S.T. PACE RACE in the effort to raise awareness for prostate cancer!
The F.A.S.T. PACE RACE took place Saturday, October 26th at the Fair Grounds in Cumming, Georgia. The event was presented by the Forsyth Area Striders Team (F.A.S.T) and the Prostate Condition Education Council (PCEC). Participants ran in a 5k, 10k, and 1m course in which all proceeds were used to promote awareness and education surrounding early prostate cancer screening and detection. Georgia Urology offered free PSA screenings and prostate exams from our expert team. Our own CEO, Jason Shelnutt won the 10k race for his group.
