How many signs are too many? Your walls and glass have an abundance that is beyond reading. Why post any or all of them if the overload means they are unread?

My provider was not familiar with the reason for my visit and had not reviewed my chart prior to the visit. It was awkward to answer questions about my previous history when I had just filled out the on-line questionnaire with all of the information.
