I am very, very...pleased with Dr. Warren T. Oberle and staff, from the very first day I met Dr. Oberle in Cobb Wellstar Hospital, where I was a patient. He provided great care for me as if I was already his patient. He was very thorough explaining my condition and remedy at that time and gave me his business card. Since I didn't have a Urologist, I didn't have to look further. His first impression sold me and keeps me going to his office for my monthly checkups, etc. When I have an appointment in the Austell and Marietta offices, the staff always greet me with a beautiful smile. They make me feel so welcomed! If I have any concerns, they never let me leave the office without an answer. I know that the entire staff places patients at the top of their daily routine list. I'm thankful to God for Dr. Oberle, a man of God and for his entire staff. This is why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Warren T. Oberle.

I have had multiple visits with waits in excess of 40 minutes. Also, why send out an invitation to join "online portal" and require a token that was not included.....

Dr. Oberle, is very kind, understanding, respectful and has a great since of humor. This is one of my favorite doctors. I believe that he should give a class on teaching other doctors and surgeons elite bed side manners. Keep up the excellent work Dr. Oberle.

I appreciate when GA Urology staff promptly upload test results onto the Next MD web portal so I have access to these as needed. Staff are courteous and efficient in virtually all my interactions.

The check out process is slow, and usually backed up. Seems understaffed, with “computer issues”, compared to the check in process, that is efficient, and well staffed. It took 20 minutes to wait, just to pay the copay, and set up next appt. The person checking us out was very nice, continually apologized.... This has happened at several of my recent appointments. Thank you.
