Dr. Michael Garcia-Roig brings his pediatric urological expertise to new office
Georgia Urology, the largest urology practice in the Southeast, proudly announces the opening of its Forsyth location featuring Georgia Urology Pediatrics. Dr. Michael Garcia-Roig leads the pediatric practice. The location will begin accepting patients on February 21st.
“Pediatric urology can make a significant and lasting impact on a child’s life,” said Dr. Garcia-Roig. “I’m always grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for this specialty with new patients.”
Dr. Garcia-Roig, a fellowship-trained physician and an active member of the American Urological Association, specializes in hernias, hydroceles, and undescended testicles; kidney tumors; minimally invasive and robotic surgery; and reconstructive procedures.
The Forsyth location is the latest among the roster of Georgia Urology’s most recent openings. Offices in Gainesville, Braselton, East Cobb, and Midtown opened their doors in 2017. In addition, Dr. James Elmore will begin seeing pediatric patients in Georgia Urology’s Woodstock office in March.
“Being a part of the Georgia Urology team and this exciting era of growth is certainly a highpoint of my career,” said Dr. Garcia-Roig. “And that’s because providing exceptional, patient centered care remains our primary goal.”
