Have been using this office for 25 years and am still struggling to find a complaint. Every person in the office always are courteous friendly. And to complete my visit as I checked out they all wished me Happy Birthday. Who does that ?

Although I was scheduled for a hormone therapy injection, Dr. Kaplan came into the room to explain the side effects I could experience. He also explained the necessary follow-up that would be needed in order to effectively treat my rising PSA leveks

The "follow-up visit" ended up being only giving me the lab report and scheduling another appointment. I did not talk to the doctor, even to say "hello". In retrospect, I have some doubts about the lab results. The fact that my first biopsy several years ago showed some non-malignant but abnormal cells and the last one about a year and a half ago showed one small malignant fragment and some abnormal cells makes the current report of only benign tissue disingenuous.

Office personnel and providers are usually always courteous, professional and engaging. Small office and exam room areas, can get somewhat crowded on occasion.
