Really am so glad that Dr Gonzales preformed my surgery two years ago....he has been concerned and thorough when I see him for follow-ups...delightful personality and "bedside" manner....have recommended him several times when kidney problems are discussed with friends.
Did not see dr only left urine sample. The recioptionist was the one I talked to and called me back same day with clear results.
The lady at the front desk should not return patient calls and discuss private patient matters where others can hear the whole conversation. I overheard this from the waiting room: the person on the phone had engaged in sexual activity after a surgical procedure and was concerned about injury afterwards. The front desk staff told him to abstain for another two weeks, asked about his incisions and told him to call immediately if he had any drainage or redness to the site.
Dr. Gonzales is a very skilled surgeon. He was very professional and informative in preparing me for my surgery. In my post-op appointments, he has exhibited the same level of communication and concern for my recovery. Richard Dooley
