One item I shared with Dr. Mzesane was that the person scheduling the appt. told me to go to an "Urgent Care" clinic that had a CT scanner and get a scan before my telehealth appt. This was not appropriate as I had no idea what Urgent Care had CT scanners, nor which specific scan to request. CT scans have to be requested or prescribed by a doctor.

Telemedicine was interesting Dr Mszeane was very professional , friendly and made sure all my needs were addressed. Support team were awesome! I was concerned about urine analysis. Had to go into office next day to leave a sample.

This was an initial meeting with Dr. Msezane; I was Dr. Levinson's patient. This was also my first tele-med visit which added a little stress on my part. This went well from my side; hopefully from her side also.
