When I called to make the initial appointment, the person on the phone was not courteous, and was even less so when she found out I was self-pay. She rudely made it clear that I was to have $250 when I came to the appointment. When I got to my appointment, the front office staff was not friendly, and they seemed to not want to be there at all.
none at this time.
Dr. Lambda Msezane is, simply, the best. Dr. Msezane patiently listened and acknowledged my concerns; answered all my, health, questions, figuring out what was going on with me and urgently acted to improve my health. Thank you Dr. Msezane. Luis Alcivar.
This was my first visit and I found it to be a very pleasant experience. All of the staff were very personable, friendly, and collectively provided a thorough examination of my medical needs and fully addressed my present medical condition and treatment options. I am pleased to have chosen Ga Urology. Thank you for your service!
Dr. Msezane is extremely thorough.
The bathroom floor and toilet had should be checked periodically, there was a lot of spilled urine on the floor and toilet seat. Not really an ideal situation when you're trying to give an urine sample and you're thinking you're going to step in it.
I’m grateful that Dr. Msezane is my doctor. She is most competent and answers my questions and explains things in a way that I can understand. I feel at ease with her. I feel fortunate to have found her.
Dr. Msezane is the BEST.
I was glad that there was a option to resolve my problem that did not involve surgery. So many of my female relatives for generations, have had surgery to correct the problem. I did not realize there were other options in the tool box. I also found the booklet the doctor gave me to be helpful in explaining my condition.
Dr. Msezane treated me with respect and courtesy. She sat down and took her time and I was very pleased to have a female urologist. But the nurse that called me in for treatment was less than professional. She screams your name from down the hall rather than coming into the waiting room to call you. Your name and all of her instructions echo throughout the building. One patient was hard of hearing and had difficulty understanding the nurse when her name was called, She seemed competent but a little more consideration for the patients would be appreciated.
